President Bush continues his slide to mediocrity

For much of President Bush's term I think he tried to do what was best for the country. He brought in advisors, but ultimately I had the feeling he was the man making the decisions. Post 2006 elections I think it is safe to say that he has turned into Clinton, or worse.

It appears now that President Bush thinks everything he has done is wrong because the Democrats say so. He thinks because a bunch of uninformed Americans voted for Democrats to be elected, turning the tide of government, he should bow to the Democrats. The latest case in point is the Iraq study group, which did not have one single military representative. It had people like Sandra Day O'Connor & other people who had no understanding of war or this kind of foreign policy. The group was put together by Congress, no doubt a "bi-partisan" group (read coward Republicans participated) and made such idiotic recommendations like the removal of forces by '08 and the need for us to work with Iran and Syria. This is the same kind of idiotic nonsense that was proposed back before WWII, & I think they tried it then as well! Deal with the devil & you get evil.

President Bush, find your balls again please. Don't be a Clinton who held his finger up to the wind. Pray for guidance & rule from the heart. Don't look to us for which direction to go. American voters are currently out to lunch.

You have to stand up to the evil wishes of the Democrat party & against the tyranny of the evil nations. Yes, you were right, Iran, Syria & North Korea are part of the "axis of evil", and so are the Democrats. Just because they got elected, doesn't suddenly make them right!
