Attacking the Republicans

There was a cartoon in the newspaper yesterday which showed a donkey in a boat which was sitting on dry land. The cartoon bubble read "We will not accept a nominee for the Supreme Court who isn't in the mainstream".

This is exactly what the problem is with the Dems right now. They are so far out of touch, people like Pelosi, Dean, Kerry and Reid are the ones they perceive as being in touch with America.

Fortunately they couldn't be further from the truth. If the Dems were playing the moderate card like Hillary right now they might not look like such total idiots. They think America sees things their way though & they are all jumping off the cliff like lemmings, attacking America, our soldiers, our schools, our babies, Judeo/Christian values and moral and everything else America stands for.

So why am I attacking the Republicans occasionally nowadays? Because they are acting like idiots. The country gives them mandate after mandate and they wimp out. They're acting as if the country is electing them over Dems so that they can make piece with the Dems on every issue.

President Bush acts as if he needs to unite the parties and waters things down in order to try and do so. Remember the education bill with Ted Kennedy? Kennedy to this day throws his vile poisonous rhetoric at President Bush. So much for uniting.

Republicans should take charge!

Put it this way. If you were on a deserted island and you nominated someone to lead your group in order to survive, you would expect them to do things that led to your survival. If they were doing the opposite of that you would nominate someone else.

Our world as we know it is under attack, the Dems have failed to show they are capable of protecting us, we have elected Republicans to do so, and the Republicans turn back to the Dems for advice and consent.

This is outrageous and insane!

If you picked me to lead you I would lead you. I wouldn't turn to those whom you elected before, those who failed to protect you, for advice and consent.

This is why I go after President Bush and the Republicans in my blogs, because they haven't taken charge.

What's the alternative? I certainly wouldn't vote for Dems so I encourage all of you to vote for Republicans who are strong with their message. If they come of as moderate or wimpy, don't vote for them.

We might have to start doing more recalls like with Governor Davis in California. If our representatives don't do what they promise, then they should be removed quickly to minimize the damage done to our country.
