Rumsfeld's Iran Statement
What is it about American leaders & others who don't want to take the word of the Iranian leaders when they say that they will do what they want, including developing Nuclear weapons, and there's nothing that anyone else can do about it?

an authoritative source in the Iranian exile community has stated that Khamenei met recently with senior government and military leaders on the nuclear weapons program.
Khamenei told the gathering, "We must have two bombs ready to go in January or you are not Muslims," the official said.
This is rediculous, we are going through the Iraq debacle all over again. We're playing the "he said, she said" game with the UN once again defending the evil ones. We know the Iranian leaders are pursuing nuclear weapons and will not stop until they get them and yet here we are using quiet diplomacy again. Where did that get us with Iraq? It got us 12 years of wasted time until we had to take Saddam out by force.

What does this mean? It means they are killing Americans, daily. That to me says they are our enemy and we need to stop pussy-footing with our enemy.

Of course this means they are a global enemy and other countries should be involved with getting rid of this threat, not just the United States. Other nations won't do a thing though. Other nations respond to terrorism with fear and run when attacked. They did so in Spain, the UN bailed in Iraq and other countries are whimpering asking the United States to not be so bold.
Just because the rest of the world is made up of a bunch of wimps doesn't mean we need to lie down and capitulate and/or die like them.
