They weren't sure how to deal with issues regarding "occupation" which you can see with this statement from Pakistan's U.N. ambassador, Munir Akram:

Let's see, would they possibly be talking about the US in Iraq or Israel maybe? They never have the guts to go after evil, they just holler at countries defending themselves from evil.
