The UN monitoring the murder - once again

The same UN that our candidate Kerry would like us to embrace is "monitoring" the wholesale slaughter of Christians by the Muslims in the Sudan. Not only that, they are pressing the issue for "a quick increase in the international monitoring".
At what point do they actually do something, like stop the killing?
As usual, never.
What do they propose? As usual, they "threatened punitive economic and diplomatic measures if Khartoum didn't move quickly".
ooo, I'm sure they're shaking in their jackboots.
Where is the mainstream media on this? Nowhere. They talk about the "war" or "fighting" in the Sudan. Never the fact that Muslims are killing and raping Christians.

A war usually involves two parties fighting each other. Right now this is the equivalent of saying that Jews were fighting a war in Germany. Too often nations stand by and watch the slaughter of innocents. Once again they do so, proving how worthless the UN is.
What did they come up with the Genocide laws for? As far as I can see they bring it up only when they want to because I would consider over 30,000 killed and over a million uprooted from their homes something along the lines of Genocide.
